Studio Nova was founded in Brooklyn in 2018 by three people who had each planned a few hundred events and were tired of pretending weddings had to be stressful or vague about money. We're designers first, logisticians second, and we don't do "rustic chic".

Yes. We have teams in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, and we take a handful of destination weddings each year.
A venue coordinator works for the venue and manages what happens inside it. We work for you: every vendor, the design, the timeline, the budget and the 200 things that happen before you walk in the door.
Full planning: 12 to 16 months out. Design and management: 8 to 10 months. Day-of coordination: as late as 8 weeks, subject to availability.
Of course. We'll review their contracts, slot them into the plan and manage them like any other partner. If something looks off, we'll tell you.
