Hello, we're Wildbloom

Two planners, one truck, and a very deep love for the outdoors.

We're June and Marisol. We met working events at a Willamette Valley winery, bonded over a shared hatred of boring weddings, and started Wildbloom & Co. in 2017 with a single goal: plan celebrations that feel like the couple, not like a template.

Since then we've planned more than 180 weddings in the Pacific Northwest, from a 12-person elopement on a Cannon Beach cliff to a 220-guest, three-day festival wedding on a Hood River orchard. We know the permits, the vendors, the back roads and exactly when the light is best at every one of our favourite spots.

Love notes

What our couples keep saying.

"June and Marisol made a forest wedding for 140 people feel like a backyard party. Permits, shuttles, a storm plan we never needed. We just got to be there."

Hazel & Theo Columbia River Gorge

"Marisol's florals were the thing everyone talked about. Wild, loose, nothing like the stiff stuff we'd seen on Pinterest. It looked like the meadow had just wandered onto the tables."

Ivy & Sam Willamette Valley

"We eloped on the coast with 10 people and it was the most 'us' thing we have ever done. Worth every single penny and then some."

FAQ

Outdoor wedding questions.

The ones we hear most. Got another? We're quick on email.

Ask us anything
Do you plan weddings outside Portland?

Yes. We plan weddings across Oregon and Washington, including the Columbia River Gorge, the Oregon Coast, Mount Hood, the Willamette Valley, Bend and the Seattle area. Travel is included within 150 miles of Portland.

What happens if it rains on our outdoor wedding?

We plan for it from day one. Every outdoor wedding we design has a weather plan that is just as beautiful as the original: tented, covered or indoor, with a clear decision timeline so nobody is scrambling.

Can you help us with permits for a forest or beach wedding?

Absolutely. We handle special-use permits for state parks, national forests and beaches, plus the insurance, restroom and leave-no-trace logistics that come with them.

What is the typical budget for a Wildbloom wedding?

Most of our couples invest between $45,000 and $120,000 in their full wedding, with planning packages starting at $4,800 for month-of coordination and $9,500 for full planning.
