For more than twelve years our team has planned unforgettable ceremonies on the beaches of Papagayo, in the rainforests of Manuel Antonio, at the foot of the Arenal Volcano, and at boutique villas and luxury hotels across the country.
Whether you dream of an intimate elopement or a multi-day celebration with 150 guests, our full and partial planning services take care of every detail, from venue search and vendor selection to design, logistics and day-of coordination, so you can simply enjoy the moment.

Ask a questionWe handle every moving piece of your destination wedding: venue scouting, vendor selection and contracts, design, budget management, legal paperwork for international couples, guest logistics and full coordination on the day, so you can simply enjoy it.
For full planning we recommend 10 to 14 months before your date, especially for high season (December to April). Partial planning and coordination can be booked 4 to 6 months out, subject to availability.
Guanacaste is home, but we plan weddings across Costa Rica including Papagayo, Tamarindo, Manuel Antonio, the Arenal Volcano region and private villas on both coasts.
Yes. A civil ceremony performed by a Costa Rican lawyer is legally valid and we coordinate the apostilled marriage certificate for recognition in the United States, Canada and Europe.
